Is the highest possible character level 31 or 32 now?
As much as I saw from a couple websites (not Bungie), the new raid gear and the vendor gear have the same light stats. So does this mean that both the new raid gear and the sold legendary gear get you to the exact same level -which is 31 (with and upgraded Exotic)?
