It looks like this latest patch was a bit hit with the more rabid PvP'ers — while it takes away even more from PvE.
The Materials exchange was reversed entirely, instead of added to.
Public Events were broken.
Yet another new currency that... *sigh* I can't figure out if it helps anybody, it's so eff'ed up now.
Some are protesting the steady erosion of PvE and the coralling of human beings like cattle into PvP and playing the Raid precisely how Bungie's micromanagers dictate. The mat farmers are now marching off to the Crucible but son't care if they drag their team down of not.
So here's my proposal:
Why don't we organize a group of protesters to foul up the Crucible matches. We could have dancing parties and rubber-band our controllers and just cause all sorts of mayhem. We could all put on that awful magenta shader (assuming we want to stand out) or something similar. And just eff-up Bungie's little game here.
See? I really do not like the idea of trolling other players, as it's a pretty shitty thing to do. But the PvP'ers do seem to have Bungie's ear — if they start complaining, especially the diehards among them, then perhaps Bungie might actually listen?
Yeah, I know it's a long shot. But nothing else seems to be working.
Thoughts?

You mean like a Union? Will a portion of our Crucible marks be taken to fund Democratic campaigns? ;'P
