Dark Below Weapons for people without Dark Below?
So as one person that just spent all their money getting Christmas gifts for people, I can't get the dlc now. Question is, can I still at least buy stuff for when I [b]do[/b] get the dlc?

Bungie already said even if you don't buy thw dlc you still get new armor and weapons but not alot

8 RepliesMost likely not. I'm basing this off this experience: My gf signs into my Xbox one to play. I've got the season pass on my One, so she also has access to the Tumbler. BUT if she switches over to her 360 where she doesn't have the dlc, it won't let her select it. She can't get another from special orders either. Not without being on my One with the dlc

3 RepliesThe dlc is only for the missions, strikes, and raid... Everything else will be available to everybody else... The obly weapons and armor ties to the dlc is the raid equipment, otherwise you should be abale to get everything else

You can get the ones that are marked with a one in the expansion. Hope this helps! Edit: The ship is in the database, but the way to obtain it is unknown. The shotgun is a PS timed exclusive (4th Horseman)

It seems like this will be an Update/DLC drop, where some things, like Vendor offerings are for all, but Story Miss, Cruc' Maps, Strike, Raid, Exotic, etc. are paid content. I guess, wait and see if you're prompted to install an 'update' on Tuesday, then go wander around the Tower and see what's different. The 'Preview' we got was pretty vague on too many points, so best guesses 'til it's installed.

5 RepliesNo, you can buy all the stuff from the tower, including legendaries, but you can't buy/get any new exotic or raid weapon/armor.
