Bungie could make the ships like starwars battlefront 1 or 2 where you had to take down the enemy command ship from either the inside by docking or the outside by bombing Certain systems

I really enjoyed the ship to ship combat system on Battlefront. Especially the bomb the ship part. I like the way you guys are thinking.

That would definitely be an option. With the weekly, you would have to shoot your way into their flag ship's defenses, then fight your way towards the boss from the inside FPS style.
