Iron Banner should be permanent
It would actually make sense to have good weapons then rather than constantly be 1HK by lv8s with a shotgun. Crucibles boring this way imo.

5 RepliesIf you got wrecked by a level 8 with a white shotgun, you're going to get wrecked all day when he turns 30 and has exotics. The problem here isn't that guns and armor do or don't matter. The problem is you're lacking skill and need to make up for it with level advantages.

I kind of wish there was a weekly competitive tournament that would rank players in crucible. IB gear, or some other new type of gear, would be exclusive to those who do well in it. I heard about something called The Trials of Osiris, but I'm not sure if it's anything like that.

2 RepliesNow see they can't make it permanent because then either nobody would play crucible, or everybody would get their gear and never play iron banner again. Given the fact that when you reach rank 3 in iron banner you don't get anything in the postmaster (which was upsetting) so people would just rank it up, get their gear, and then forget about it. They are doing it every month because they want people to actually get excited about iron banner

I didnt see any diff between IB and Crucible tbh. every fkr and his dog is now lvl 29/30 and has great weap and kit. it played the same!!! there was no differential at all..

I partially agree. I can understand wanting the event to be special with special gear and weapons but i just want the playlist to be permanent as like a Hardcore Control. I want that map rotation with only my favorite maps (I admit I hate the moon map and the big Mars map) and for my weapons to matter. regular crucible feels like it is made up nothing BS after playing iron banner.

1 ReplyI feel like instead of iron banner they should just add hardcore modes where your armor and weapons actually count for something. But I do agree with you, I liked having PvP where my armor and guns made a difference

To op I mean it would be really easy to be a lvl 30 I agree we should get more time but maybe not forever
