I thought Xur sold Heart of the Praxic Fire one time? I feel like he did because when I saw it I thought to myself that I'll pass because I already had Voidfang Vestments, same thing happened to me with Ghallajorn because I had Truth already not knowing how good Ghallagorn really was. -__-
