The eye color of your ghost is barely ever seen so I don't know about that but it would be cool if you could customize your ghost by choosing its color or changing its voice

No, its seen often. Whenever you pull up you ghost, you see it's eye. Also, whenever your online with friends, if you deploy the ghost, they would also see. Voice would be cool, but not likely to happen.
