This argument works the same for lvl 30s. U can only judge by number so y take a 29 when u can get a 30? Unless u personally know the person has skills, why risk it? Btw the dmg diff between 29 and 30 ranges closer to 30% not 20. I did 273 on gatekeeper as 29, 408 at 30, tested it out last raid. (This is on hard with voc)
