Why is The Stranger's Rifle a blue item?
This is a very unique looking pulse rifle with great aesthetics and can be fired in full auto. Feels like it should be a legendary weapon at least. It would make more sense for when you beat the story mode that you receive your first legendary item wouldn't it?

2 RepliesIt was Legendary at one time. I finished the game on my first character the Friday/Saturday following the Tuesday release and it was definitely purple. My second completion granted me a blue one. It was changed somewhere in between my first and second play through.
