It needed to be said, so I'll be the one to say it, cuz IDGAF what people think. All you people crying about how you "earned" your (Insert Exotic Here) from RNG as opposed to buying it from Xur, you're all nothing but hipsters. They might as well open up a Starbucks in the Tower for you to chat about how you got the Suros Regime first over Pumpkin Spice Lattes. The Speaker will start selling Hunter ascots, Titan skinny jeans and Warlock cardigans just for your uppity asses.
Gimme a f'king break. Nobody earns anything, it's all REWARDS. Know the difference.

1 ReplyThe hipsters annoy me when they say "you bought it from xur, you didn't even earn it, I got mine from completing a nightfall" My response to the stupid hipster is that "Look, you did one nightfall and got it as a drop, I completed a nightfall and didn't get it, completed the weekly strike on lvl 28 hard at level 27 and got 9 strange coins and them proceeded to level an entire new character to 20 just to transfer the gear and do the nightfall and weekly again" Then I said "You completed one -blam!-ing nightfall for your stupid exotic, I completed Two nightfalls, two weekly strikes and the entire set of story missions just to be able to buy it from xur, so I did god damn earn it, I did way more work than you so -blam!- off and get out of my party chat" And then I kicked him from the raid and had him replaced.
