A pity how less people care about a well thought post like yours and continue crying about how bored they are after reaching lvl 30.

In my opinion Destiny needs more melee-weapons. Obtaining those from the aliens armory makes it an even better thought.
Melees should form a new weapon type or be added to heavys ( from a realistic point of view you won't need a launcher inside a room, this only attracts noobs ;) )

I agree, some armor has a knife fashioned to the side of it. Why can we not use those knives?

Well Hunter can use them for some reason. Perhaps for titans and warlocks they are some weird improvised armor reinforcement :D

I'd like to utilize that armor reinforcement and relocate it into a Dreg's forehead. :D

at the very least, particular weapons improve melee damage. Like the Monte Carlo has a blade on the front of it. Might as well use it. It could do something simple like add bleeding damage over time after a melee strike.

Thanks Bro. I really appreciate it. :) Melee could indeed be an additional slot. If they became heavy I would not be able to decide between rockets and swords. That was my favorite combo in Halo 2 and 3 (actually it was second to BR and Rockets). I find rockets very attractive :p
