For the last three days I have beat the daily heroic story, then went and did a public event in order to get my 3 ascendant mats for the day. Each time it said I received 2 ascendant shards at the end of the heroic (lvl 28). But when I check my inventory after I get out of the instance the shards weren't awarded. The first day I thought I was just mistaken on how many I had before starting. But the last two days I have checked before starting and after completing and they simply vanish. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP! This is detrimental to my ability to level up my gear and is really slowing down my progression.
