extremely sorry for the late reply i know where your coming from as to why have a gun the whole game in a loot based game but what about exotics that are great weapons most of the time and get upgraded? they are loot based and of course your not using them all the time but for me i wish i could do something similar to my legendary or lower weapons and make them my own such as the kostov auto rifle its a nice looking gun but its the only one that does what it does or the strangers rifle, etc its still going to be about loot but if i find loot i enjoy and the way it works shouldn't i be able to wear it, upgrade it, and change the perks? instead of painting over another piece of gear that is static in the looks, the perks, and the light it gives?
