Ban Fusion Rifles from Crucible
They break the game by bending the skill gap. They don't require aim and abuse the fact that you have loads of health so primaries can't outgun fusion rifles cause it 1HKO's at ridicilous ranges.
Fusion rifles should be breaking the shield at best.

seriously? fusion rifles require way more skill than all the shotguns that are overcrowding pvp. learn strafing my friend. it will be your biggest ally against even the most skilled fusioner. I use the 77 wizard with one of the SLOWEST charge rates. you're damn right it one hits, if you miss even once the douche bag with the shotgun one hits you immediately. I drink your tears with joy. I wish you luck and no ill will, but seriously all the specials are one hitter quitters. learn to adjust to the environment and you'll be fine.

I disagree with your suggestion to remove [i]a weapon type[/i] from the game. Like any other weapon, it has its advantages and its drawbacks. The trick is to know how to capitalize on the weapon's strength and be aware of its weakness. When I use a fusion rifle I am thrilled when I get a OHK, for sure. Yet, I know that when I miss that first shot it likely means my death is imminent.* *The above statement does not apply to my Pocket Infinity, sorry. That thing is a beast!

1 ReplyI played 10 matches last night using a fusion rifle (void damage for the Thorn bounty) and it was not easy. The timing and aim take a good bit of time to master. I was frequently gunned down by auto rifles while my fusion was charging because I had missed or their appearance was unexpected. After completing the bounty I went back to using my auto rifle because it was much easier. Long live the Suros Regime!

What would be the point of even using them if all they did was break the shield? You can hear them charge from a good distance, and you can strafe to avoid getting hit in many cases and have plenty of time to kill the person before they get off another shot. Just do what I do, dodge then shoot them in the face with a shotgun, problem solved.

Pretty sure if you don't aim, you will miss your target.... That being said, learn to strafe, don't run blindly around corners like a retard, and use cover. I beat fusion rifles all the time.

2 RepliesDude you can juke a fusion rifle user. If they miss the first charge they are pretty much shit out of luck. If you can't kill them in the time it takes them to get a second charge off then you are doing something wrong.
