No light at the end of this connection error tunnel

Seriously disappointed in Bungie, I have not been able to get more than an hour or so of playtime since I purchased this game. constant kicks due to Centipede and Hawk, as well as Zebra and Jackrabbit. Not to mention that it occasionally disconnects me from x-box live for no reason, without any error code. I have tried all of your port forwarding recomendations and at one point even disabled my firewall completely to be sure nothing was holding me back. I have a friend who is a networking specialist for a bank verify everything was correctly done. Still doesn't work. It is so bad that at the game store I manage I have stopped trying to sell destiny, and even begun talking people out of it. So that they don't come back upset from the sheer disappointment you are currently providing. some form of recompence should be given to your players. When Rockstar had issues with their servers for GTA-V, 500,000 was given to players to ease their disappointment. You should consider a similar avenue because I see your game getting turned in weekly for trade with the promise of never buying from Bungie again.
