VOG Weapon Suggestions
Hey guys and gals, I am attempting my first Vault Of Glass run this week or next week with a few friends... I've just reached level 26 with my titan and I'm hoping to get some feedback on suitable primary and special weapons to use.
At the moment my primary and special weapons are quite poor, with only rares, one legendary hand cannon and thorn. I'm rank 3 with Future War Cult and considering buying their scout (I've got 150 crucible marks). Unfortunately I'm only rank 1 with vanguard and crucible. If Xur has a good primary this week I might buy it but I'm not sure
So any tips on buying gear from FWC or effective ways to get legendaries would be much appreciated.

4 RepliesI would say any primary except a hand-cannon unless you have one with fast reload speed. Make sure the impact on the primary is decent. Secondary you're gonna want to go with fusion rifle. If you have a good sniper you use it on the templar stage. Minotaurs will be a bitch so your heavy will be crucial. Void damage. Your subclass settings will need to be fine tuned also

3 RepliesYou definitely want something with decent impact for a primary. And balance it with rate of fire; hand cannons may have high impact but for your first time you will want something with higher fire rate and clip size like a scout or auto rifle. A decent sniper rifle is probably the best choice for special weapon for various reasons and I like to go with a void rocket launcher to help with minotaurs and praetorians. If you haven't done the nightfall or weekly heroic strike yet try and finish those off first to see if you can snag any decent legendary or exotic weapons.
