No, please that is not equivalent. they can make hard mode do the random teleport and the normal stay as is. Its not that hard to include people who have special needs. Its just laziness and ignorance that prevents it. Also they are working and have actually working things that a person can put on their head that will allow them control computers, so when that gets more refined it's something that developers should include in games.
