There is absolutely no way you unlocked Shoulder Charge at lvl 8.

Also take a look at his history on PVP. Last 5 games, I believe 3 were losses and he was second to last, not second best. Not to mention he played only 10 matches of pvp. Clearly, he knows how titans run after those matches. Never do you run into weak teams when you first start off (Sarcasm).

He still hasn't. You can check his "Gear" and click the subclass. Not even close to it.
