Mida-Tool now Best pve and pvp weapon

PVP Prepatch: 35 -body 52 -head Post Patch: 44-body 65-head
Prepatch shots to kill 6-body 4-head Post Patch shots to kill: 5-body 4-Head
Vex
PVP Prepatch: 41-body 51-head Post Patch: 27-body 41-head
Prepatch shots to kill 5-body 4-head Post Patch shots to kill: 8-body 5-Head
Suros
PVP Prepatch: 30-body 45-head Post Patch: 29-body 36-head
Prepatch shots to kill 7-body 5-head Post Patch shots to kill: 7-body 6-Head
So Mida is now best with Vex 2nd and Suros basically useless now.
Not to mention Active Radar, Hair Trigger, and Movement boost makes it clearly the best for PVP

Lets see how many scrubs start using this only to notice they are still getting -blam!- in pvp. Scouts are a viable option but I dont see mida being one of them. I do have one but its only collecting dust. They are way better pvp weapons. In my opinion snipers>scouts any day of the week if I need a mid to long range weapon.

Thorn is better. No patch: 86 head 56 body. + 3-4 DoT. PvP one shots anything without a shield.

I have it but have yet to try it out as my secondary is always an exotic. Either Ice Breaker, invective or Pocket infinity.

1 ReplyThe only statistic youre missing is the weapons fire rate totaling to kill speed. Obviously the mida tool fires much slower than ARs, but it kills faster with few bullets. Revise your research, looking forward to the results.

Question: So I haven't tried out the new auto and scouts yet. The main purpose i used the auto was to speed up my ttk by way of precision kills as much as possible. Is it still possible as before? Or is the scout more capable of the same but more efficiently?

1 ReplyShots to kill is irrelevant. You need to multiply rate of fire by shots to kill to get time to kill, which is everything.

Glad to hear this. My multitool felt really underwhelming against most assault rifles unless I got a big drop on them. Can't wait to see how it does now.
