People generally haven't listed the items in Xur's vendor rotation, so I'm making a list myself which I will share here on the forum. This is information is now in the public domain, but the list of items which Xur can and therefore presumably will sell is not complete. One of the items is interesting enough to warrant a separate discussion. Confirmed: [b]Xur will sell the Sword of Crota[/b] Start saving your strange coins! It's currently priced at 23 strange coins, but presumably that could change. It is a primary weapon! Weapon type: "Sword"! So, Xur can and will sell items for your primary weapon slot. I know of no other way to obtain this weapon, but we could speculate that it will become available in other ways at some point, for example as a DLC mission reward. Incidentally, the preview for the weapon had no texture, it was just a wire mesh, leading me to suspect that there is content missing that will be supplied as DLC or a future patch, and I can't imagine it being available to buy before the missing texture bitmap is added. I hope the sword will work the way it does in the story mission in which it originates. It would presumably be ideal for close-range combat, much like the shotgun is (or will be after the nerf) but stand no chance against a ranged weapon. Halo veterans like me will still be proud of their hard-earned Katana sword -- so yeah, we already know Bungie is into swords. If you enjoyed the sword part of the Crota story mission as much as I did, unless this content is a red herring, it appears you're in luck!
