I got this Scout Rifle for beating the Raid a few days ago and leveled it up a bit. I unlocked a full auto upgrade but the weapon keeps jamming? Sometimes it will fire one shot before stopping, sometimes 3, 5, 7 etc. Never had a full mag go full auto. Is this a bug? Os it designed like this for balancing? If thats the case then the "upgrade" is more of a hinderence to be honest...

Happens to me when the game thinks I'm sprinting and I'm just walking.

Edited by nicky041192: 10/13/2014 3:00:50 AMSame here. It says it CAN fire in full auto. Not sure if it means of it WILL all the time or its a problem with the controller. My main ps4 controller I use suffers from the R2 trigger problem. So I tried a fairly new controller and it doesn't jam. I guess you have to pull the trigger all the way, on some controllers the trigger may not be getting the full connection when the trigger is getting pushed down. If you slightly press the trigger you will fire once. But if you press the trigger all the way, you trigger full auto. I think it's how Bungie has programmed this for these guns. If you guys have a fairly new controller, can you test it too?

Edited by JOBO_althor: 10/13/2014 2:54:48 AMIf you ease up pressure on your controller trigger this happens. You are probably aiming and slightly loosening your grip when you move the thumb stick. I had the same problem with mine. Gun thinks you want to shoot single fire.

Its not just that gun its all of the ones that say full auto

What are you doing, Soldier? That may be your way, but that's not the Army way.... Rifle maintenance is a staple of your duties, soldier.

Just a bug.. I've got the same weapon and it does the same thing.. Just go back old school and squeeze the trigger again.. I like to think of it as a Bungie troll lol

Was wondering the same thing since I just beat the raid on my hunter, unlocked full auto for it and then it jams lol. Hope they fix it

Edited by xMr Poor: 10/13/2014 2:43:43 AMIt's a bug and it's occasionally happens to the ARs as well; they'll just randomly stop shooting mid mag.

You gotta clean your gun!
