It's so confusing when someone joins a fireteam with a female character and ends up being a dude (*cue Aerosmith*).
Do they all just want the D? But seriously, can any guys who do this shed some light on.. why?
I feel like someone pulled an Oprah, "You get a female warlock, and YOU get a female warlock! Everyone gets female warlocks!"
Edit: Jesus H. Christopher, I'm curious. I've noticed this quite often since I started playing, and I can't answer this question for myself, so I wanted some insight. inb4more "why do you even caaaaare?!!1!?!?"
Edit again: holy -blam!-, I'm a girl. Hence why I don't have insight to why this happens.
Edit, take three: thanks to everyone who gave a legitimate answer! I appreciate the insight :-)

Maybe I go too far into it, possibly because of my background in writing and storytelling, but I enjoy creating a life and past for each character I make. It makes them so much more enjoyable to play, and adds to destinys story. A female character gets a whole other spectrum of emotion and storyline I could create that a male couldn't have. It has nothing to do with sexuality or the way they look to me. I'm all about plotline.
