It's so confusing when someone joins a fireteam with a female character and ends up being a dude (*cue Aerosmith*).
Do they all just want the D? But seriously, can any guys who do this shed some light on.. why?
I feel like someone pulled an Oprah, "You get a female warlock, and YOU get a female warlock! Everyone gets female warlocks!"
Edit: Jesus H. Christopher, I'm curious. I've noticed this quite often since I started playing, and I can't answer this question for myself, so I wanted some insight. inb4more "why do you even caaaaare?!!1!?!?"
Edit again: holy -blam!-, I'm a girl. Hence why I don't have insight to why this happens.
Edit, take three: thanks to everyone who gave a legitimate answer! I appreciate the insight :-)

Depends. If a game has a male protagonist who is absolutely beasted up with roids even though I want to either play a Mage/Stealthy person, I'll pick a female because their frame fits the class more. If a game features a protagonist that can conforms/can be edited to be like the class archetype, I'll be male. That's pretty much it for me. Males in this game aren't exactly up to their eyeballs in steroids, so that's nice for me.
