It's so confusing when someone joins a fireteam with a female character and ends up being a dude (*cue Aerosmith*).
Do they all just want the D? But seriously, can any guys who do this shed some light on.. why?
I feel like someone pulled an Oprah, "You get a female warlock, and YOU get a female warlock! Everyone gets female warlocks!"
Edit: Jesus H. Christopher, I'm curious. I've noticed this quite often since I started playing, and I can't answer this question for myself, so I wanted some insight. inb4more "why do you even caaaaare?!!1!?!?"
Edit again: holy -blam!-, I'm a girl. Hence why I don't have insight to why this happens.
Edit, take three: thanks to everyone who gave a legitimate answer! I appreciate the insight :-)

1 ReplyI don't know why I do it, something just feels right about it. Maybe I'm harboring transexual desires or something, but I'd like to think of it as examining myself through a different lens. If there's something video games are good at, it's allowing me to experience many different aspects of life that I'll never get to see in the real world; from executions in Skyrim to PTSD in Spec Ops: The Line, to being a woman in Destiny, it's a great way to expand my perception of the world and more easily slip into other people's shoes. Also, dat ass.
