It's so confusing when someone joins a fireteam with a female character and ends up being a dude (*cue Aerosmith*).
Do they all just want the D? But seriously, can any guys who do this shed some light on.. why?
I feel like someone pulled an Oprah, "You get a female warlock, and YOU get a female warlock! Everyone gets female warlocks!"
Edit: Jesus H. Christopher, I'm curious. I've noticed this quite often since I started playing, and I can't answer this question for myself, so I wanted some insight. inb4more "why do you even caaaaare?!!1!?!?"
Edit again: holy -blam!-, I'm a girl. Hence why I don't have insight to why this happens.
Edit, take three: thanks to everyone who gave a legitimate answer! I appreciate the insight :-)

2 RepliesI tend to play characters with a slight roleplaying theme behind it, and I felt like a warlock should be a female awoken personally. I already had an exo male Hunter and a human male Titan when I finally made my warlock. So variety is another part of it.
-
I wanted my hunter to be female because girls are sneaky and backstab alot (at least for me) so I thought it fit
-
It was simple for me, while I do have a male exo titan, I chose a female human hunter and a female awoken warlock simply because I didn't like the male hairstyles options nor their facial structure options. I disliked the female looks a little less, so I chose female. A bit shallow I know, but it is not like there is any personality differences between the different choices.
-
Cause awoken female dance
-
I made my hunter a female awoken because my beta hunter was a male human. She's my only female character, and I see nothing wrong with using a female regardless gender and vise versa.
-
Something nice to look at while in the tower
-
I liked the dances. The female Eco Hunter does the robot, and the female awoken titan does some spiny thing I thought looked cool

Females, in most fps have smaller hit boxes, duh.
-
Edited by Future_: 11/3/2015 7:24:18 PMBecause the male hunter model sucks ass
-
why not
-
3 RepliesBecause I'd rather stare at a girl for hours not a guy. That's just me though.
-
I personally find that warlock and hunter look better as female. For me there is no other reason than that.
-
smaller hit boxes (not really)
-
I have a male Titan and finally decided to make a second guardian but don't have time to grind as a hunter and warlock So I made a female Titan so I can just swap gear and do raid, nightfall twice
-
My Titan is an Exo Female. Why? Well, have you seen that dance?

1 ReplyCONGRATS on being the 50ish person to make a post on this exact same subject

Bewbs, that is all.

Edited by Shadow_Titan17: 11/3/2015 5:12:52 PMTitan males too bulky (by bulky I mean fat as -blam!-) and don't have facial hair. I like female Titans better because of it.
-
With Stormcaller coming I wanted a "mother nature" look to my warlock. Awoken with that hippie head and boom.
-
Not every guy has female characters. I am a guy and all my homie characters are all male. Male Master Race
-
Maybe it is because they could not play as a traffic cone.
-
Edited by TheDungslinger: 11/3/2015 5:55:30 PMVariety. Didn't wanna have another Exo male. EDT: and the female death sounds are HILARIOUS

Why do you care?

Old post is old

some speculate that certain female classes have smaller hitbox
