No loot for participants during the Complete Raid: Vault of Glass (Not only last boss).
Good Morning,
Yesterday we started the Vault of Glass raid and we didn't recieved any loot for opening the door and doing the first boss. I mean not even an shard or anything for that matter. Is this correct? are we suppose to get no loot at random? its sad for the 2 people doing this raid for the first time and not getting any rewards or even progress for our character. The wierd part of this story is we also noticed we didn't recieved any XP aswell (none of the new gear was lvl'd or any progress on that)
We play on the PS4 platform and the raiding team was:

We stopped playing the Raid after we noticed no one was getting any loot.. are you guys from bungie aware about this issue? because if there aint any rewards in the end we have no use for spending hours in a raid to get no progress on our characters..
i hope you can respond to this issue, and are any of you other Gamers having the same issue?

I had this happen to me this morning as well, I cleard the raid my first time last week, this week not a damn thing.

Well the first time (last week) we ran trough it and got loot for every phase (the chest indeed also gave loot) but i also found other ppl saying the same and also found a video showing this: Check this video at 32:49 they getting loot for the phase ending (not defeating the boss) http://youtu.be/2qZ1ZBxnh2g?t=32m45s 'Run Vault of Glass if you are me, I got shards at every step of the way when most got gear, at least I got a rare ship and Monte Carlo at the last boss...woohoo. 2 RepliesMy team started Vault of Glass and we only got loot from chests. There are four total that have a chance of giving you things like ascendant materials, exotics, and legendaries. The rest of the loot you won't get until you complete the raid, meaning beating Atheon.

Getting past the first gate doesn't give you any loot, I don't believe. I think that's the point of the first loot chest. Keep in mind that you can only receive rewards once a week from each boss/loot chest. Hope this helped! Good luck!
