Double Banshee and Oracle 99 shaders
I've entered the codes for these shaders twice each now. It's been almost 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten anything. What gives?

I had this issue as well so I went to my redeemed codes and found out you have to activate them here on bungie.net. To do so just visit your profile page and select the codes tab. You should be able to do so from there. Then you should have your shaders.
