i hope so, i have a group to play with on both ps4 and xbone so it would be amazing, im sure alot of people are in this situation and would love to see it happen

Or moving from an Xbox 360 to an Xbox One, which is a reasonable thing to do.

I heard saving to the cloud allowed you to go from 360 to 1 nd from ps3 to 4

During Beta I was able to play the toons I made and played on XBone on my 360. Not sure if that was only open then as I don't plan on buying the game for 360. If that is still open it should work fine.
