Are There Exotic Engrams?

I believe soo, legendary engrams have a chance to decode into exotics so i think you could find an exotic. I've only found legendarys and most of those decode into green :c but i've heard of other people finding them dropped. Hope that helped.

Yes there are but it's a slim chance one will drop, on the weekend a npc/merchant named xur, comes to the tower and sells exotic gear for 17 coins and a engram for 23 motes.
