Same demographic here, but the rest of my devices are working fine so I don't know if Shaw is to blame. Regardless I'm getting the same issues as you.

Western Canada with Shaw as well. Unfortunately their cisco 3.0 modems or my router don't support the bandwidth limiting fix that a fellow user posted yesterday. Getting bombarded with bee errors since Friday evening.
