Don't take exotics for granted!
Over a hundred hours in, maxed all my marks but still no exotics (only two legendary drops so far). To those who are saying exotics are too easy to obtain and complaining how ordinary it feels when you get one, please spare a thought for guys like us who are still putting in the hours with little to no reward. :P

I agree, playing quit a lot since launch and hardly have seen many leg let alone an exotic.

I have played over a day and 13 hours or so I've had one legendary drop that turned into a rare helmet worse then the one I already had equipped haven't seen a legendary since so if they are so easy to come by where the hell are they?!

I'm level 24 and I've only found two legendary weapons bsd when they were decrypted turned into rare weapons. Sad face.

1 ReplyI agree same here. Feel like I've played 100 hours and only got two legendaries and no exotics and no exotic bounties and I've done countless vanguard and crucible bounties. But on the bright side it's only been barely a week since game launched I guess I'm just jealous of others who played way less and got lucky. But again I'm used to it from diablo 3. I should have enough coins or motes by the time xur comes back assuming prices and or items haven't changed that much

I haven't made a titan yet. I also had an idea..... If the daily gold tier public event isn't limited by account, and all three of you characters can do it, then you may be able to get more strange coins per day and share them through the vault, but I have not yet tried it with my secondary. Edit: on legendaries, my friend just got "the unfriendly giant" after doing three strikes on the playlist, was too late to keep playing though. I have almost 100 vanguard marks, and vanguard rank is getting up to 3, I plan on buying "Doctor Nope" since I seen it has a "perfect balance" upgrade.

On top of that my friend found 2 exotic primary shot guns -_-. My other friend got hawk moon (he doesn't even like hand cannons and I use them in pve) and my buddy last night got 2 exotic bounties. Im sitting here like wtf man ><. I'm level 26 so I don't think your level had anything to do with drops.

I don't know about you but I acquired an exotic fusion rifle named Picket Infinity. Worst. Thing. I've. Ever. Picked. Up. It was so horrible. Nothing about it was worth anything so I just switched over to my legendary sniper because it was sooo much better. Some exotics absolutely blow.

Yea i feel ya the only one i got i could use i got from vender sunbreaker gloves. I got an exotic helm for hunters. Which i dont want to play a hunter :/.

The Legendary engrams is basically a troll system. I have only gotten items for a different class.

I have found 5 legendary engrams so far... 4 were class pieces and all rolled like ass obviously lmao an then I got gloves.... WHICH ROLLED FKN TITAN AND I AM A HUNTER! I look at every high level and they are stacked with legendarys and exotics and makes me question wtf am I doing wrong lmao. I am light level 25 with 1 light point away from 26. had to get my legendary boots from future war cult and then helm from Xur which had to grind for coins.

I on the other hand am the guy who never won quiz bingo for extra credit in middle school...my luck is atrocious haha... -_-

Only exotics I've seen have been from Xur.. hell, I've only come across ONE legendary engram drop.. which only gave me a mote of light. All legendary ones from leveling up the Cryptarch? Motes of light and strange coins at best.. My purple weapon I got in crucible 😵 The struggle is real lol

I got my first exotic bounty from randomly turning in a vanguard bounty the other day. I'm extremely unlucky. I have no legendaries and every legendary engram I find give me either green or blue armor. This rng is ridiculous. I'm guaranteed Thorn when I finish my exotic bounty but I have to do a lvl 26 strike and I'm only 22...

You can only use 1 exotic weapon and 1 exotic armour at the time ...... Gear from raids would be better
