Anyone Who Is Level 30 By Now Has No Life
EDIT3: After several weeks, this thread has been updated to level 30 seeing as it is in reason to be at 25.
EDIT2: I love how everyone suddenly has wives now.
EDIT: You people are admitting to your lack of productivity by saying you took days off work to play Destiny all day and night. Not only is that sad, but so is taking time off over a [i]game[/i].
Seriously. You people have [i]way[/i] too much spare time on your hands. Go out and do something productive. Just to prove my point, your average 13 year old has less spare time than you.
I can't believe that so many people can play for so many hours straight... No wonder our economy's bad. Everyone's too lazy to do anything to help it, and instead sit around playing video games [i]all day long.[/i]
And for those of you who "have a job," staying up all night will ruin your performance at work.

3 RepliesYou got it wrong. If you don't have a lvl 25 character by now you should probably give up on the game. Hell I got my Titan up to 25 in a day. A freaking day and I still had enough time to go out get shit faced with my friends than come back to attempt playing. Which I sucked at since I was pretty damn drunk.

If you were smart and took advantage of queens missions when they first came out you could be lev 28 by now. That was like 5 or 6 legendaries a day. I went from lev 25 with no legendary helmet to 28 and a half before they patched it.

I didn't finish your post due to your ignorance. I am a head baker at one of the top bakeries in Los Angeles, fronted by the best chef in Cali. I work 50 hour weeks and most of the more. I have 3 kids and a lovely lady I spend lots of time with. Yet, I made lvl 28 fast. Understanding how to play a game, especially an RPG, is what it takes to go far fast. Using this companion app to find other "pathetic losers" like me allowed me to run raids and nightfall without issues. Stop being a little bitch because you suck and can't lvl. Be a little bit more jealous of the higher lvl players. Pathetic

I set aside time to sit down for an hour dinner with my family 6 days a week. My jobs consist of Giraffe keeper and presenter, zoo ticket sales and guest service associate, and car porter. After work at 12 PM on Mondays I do laundry for 3 hours, eat dinner, then go work on my '70 914 Porsche with my dad for 3 hours. I usually put about 2 hours into Destiny/video games. Tuesdays I work 2 jobs from 7 AM to 6:30 PM, so I come home eat dinner, and allocate 5 hours depending on the circumstances to: 1. Work on the 914, 2. Go out with friends, 3. Destiny/video games Wednesdays I work 2 jobs from 7 till 5:30, after dinner I meet up with a friend to work on projects and props till 10, then I play Destiny/video games for about an hour or two. Thursdays I split my day 3 ways between 3 jobs from 7 to 6. After dinner I meet up with a friend for a beer. Depending on when I get back I'll put a couple hours into Destiny/video games. Friday I go into work at 12 and get off at 5:30. Eat dinner, then spend time with my sister on YouTube videos, or friends depending on the situation. Any time left over I'll put into Destiny/video games. Saturdays I work a 9 to 5 shift. Come home, go to church, eat with my family, and then play Destiny/video games. Sundays I work 7 to 3:30, take a nap till 7, and watch Once Upon a Time or Simpsons with my family, after which I play a couple hours of Destiny/video games. To further dispel any thoughts that I may actually have a life, I am not in a relationship and haven't been in one for 3 years. I would like one , but at present time i don't have a girl friend. So yes, I have no life as it is firmly rooted in my work, my family, my social life and my games. If you'd like repudiated info or proof regarding any statements , just ask, I'll be happy to provide. Just please don't round me into a group of so called lazy people who have reached 25 because they have nothing better to do than play video games. It's offensive to those of us that actually put out effort and work hard.

In fact I took a whole week off, and it was nice to just relax and not have to worry about anything but what I wanted. Sure I could spend $3,000 and go to Cabo or somewhere but I'd have to travel, deal with hotels and people. I get that enough at my normal everyday job... But seriously, did someone harm another by taking time off and pushing buttons on a controller? Or did they infringe on another's freedoms? Did an individual scar a child for life because of someone wanting to play Destiny? You sound like someone who's mad because he's a lower level than most... If not than really, what the frakk is your issue?? I'm genuinely curious if so.... Oh and considering scrubs that talk as you do, work for me, I'm the one evaluating their work progress, not the other way around... Lol

The economy is bad because the economy is based on oil and the world is over populated. Oil production peaked in the 80s and 90s ish though it won't run out for a long time it will continue to increase in price (especially with the issues in the Middle East) Affecting prices considerably effecting every aspect of an oil based economy. To add salt to the wound people are spending more than they can afford and relying on credit. Ergo I think that blaming the bad economy on gamers chilling out and having a laugh is poor form considering we support a good part of North Americas and the European economy by doing so and hopefully not out fantasising about a life style we can't afford.

I have a good job in Motorsport and I'm away most weekends with work or social events have a girlfriend who is happy and I'm still out on the occasional school night too. I just rarely watch the idiot box very much. Maybe the news or the odd TV series none of which are running at the moment. In the words of Winston Churchill "Only an idiot needs more than 5 hrs sleep a night". I have a level 28 Titan and just started another character.

Not at all. I am 27 and only play casually. However I will most likely remain 27 for quite some time. The higher you get the less casual you can be. And i have no desire to ruin my life or gaming experience to do the 30. THOSE are the guys I question. But hey, aint MY playtime.
