has anyone asked Microsoft if this sort of thing is alright by them? it really seems like it should work, but it also seems kinda too easy we know bungie and activision wouldn't mind, the question really is will anyone get banned from Live for it i'll be watching closely on Monday (I got Monday AND Tuesday off woooooooooo)

Yes I saw a someone ask a service rep and they said "it is a bannable offense if used for financial gain" this is also stated in the terms of service. If you buy the game in your currency and change your region to play early there is nothing in the terms of service for XBL saying this is wrong in any way so one would assume they are alright with it.

No problem, I would like to point out though this is only possible with the xbox one and not the xbox 360 or any PS consoles as they are all region locked you could see evidence of this from the beta redemption awhile back as xbox one was listed as (global). I warn people though you WILL get banned if you use this method for purchasing anything for financial gain (buying digital at cheaper price than your currency).
