The silhouette with an error message is a slightly different thing than I thought you were talking about. Firefox 32 should be fully supported, it's the browser I'm using right now. Perhaps the issue is with the computer you are using. What are your hardware specs and are your drivers up to date?
As far as Android goes, that is not a device we test on so I can't say for sure, but given that it appears to be a low-end device it wouldn't surprise me if it doesn't have the extensions required for 3D rendering. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about that, but I will forward the issue on to make sure.

Edited by supytalp63: 9/6/2014 6:37:11 AMSoftware Updater says I'm completely up to date and I'm not finding any additional drivers on the Ubuntu site. Dell Inspiron E1505 RAM: 1gb Processor: Genuine Intel® CPU T1350 @ 1.86GHz Graphics: Intel® 945GM x86/MMX/SSE2 OS Type: 32-bit Just tried your profile from a Windows 7 laptop and it totally works. (Newer Dell Inspiron N4010) I can see your guardians' 3D models and rotate them(nice). Is this due to hardware? Software? Both? If it's hardware then I'll put Ubuntu on the better machine(Windows drives me nuts). Thanks again.

Edited by Inirit: 9/6/2014 7:48:01 AMThat is quite the old machine you have there. In fact, I am willing to bet that the lack of a proper graphics card coupled with the old integrated graphics chipset means that your hardware lacks the APIs necessary for the 3D to run. Unfortunately, similar to your Android problem, there's nothing we can do to fix it.

Indeed it is. Lol Installing Ubuntu on it basically brought it back from the dead and it's been like a brand new machine since. What are the minimum specs required to get the full functionality of the android app? The play store just says 4.0 and up.

Edited by Vanilla Unicorn: 9/6/2014 8:27:01 AMWould a late 2008 MacBook Pro 10.6.8 ever work? Because it's doing the same thing with me on chrome and Firefox.
