Unfortunately no you will need an xbox one to transfer your guardian (the expansion pass will not carry over) from a 360 (saw a link that confirmed this)

Unfortunately no again 360 codes are only redeemable on 360 unless you get an xbox one nothing will transfer at all (expansion pass doesn't look like it will transfer to any consoles though)
