Bungie is based out of Seattle so I believe the minute it is 12:01am PST the servers will be live. Atleast they bloody better be, and untill it is nobody will be able to play the game regardless were they live. Could be wrong of course but it makes sence given were Bungie is located.

Agreed they could go off Japan which is like 15 hr's ahead of north america. Who knows I agree I don't like them being so coy about the time.
