So far I've seen a variety of people, these range from people who play on xbox 360, ps3, xbox one and ps4. These people may have occasional arguments but what I've noticed is the people themselves, they (not all) are ass holes, all they do is post a hateful comment or reply directed at other users or the person creating the post!
Tell me what you guys think about are 'magnificent' community!

All things change. Like new flowers in the spring, the old does not return; it is replaced. I have not been here nearly so long as many users, but I have seen many changes, and I cannot adapt to all of them. I come back because of a unique mix of nostalgia, boredom, and the weekly update. All I mean to say is that the community truly was magnificent, and still is, in its own way. Magnificent, but different.

Better than the -godwinslaw!- and westboro baptist church. So, we have that working for us.

Edited by Hatima BNG 117: 8/23/2014 4:45:01 AMThis world is filled with many different people who have different backgrounds, cultures, or ways of life. You'll see kind-hearted people wanting to help and others (trolls or "ass holes") wanting to complicate a situation. It's a fact of life. People are going to do what they want to do. But remember as, True Underdog, stated you have tools. Bungie, has given you the opportunity to "mute" or "hide" threads you don't agree with you. if you see something that doesn't agree with the Code of Conduct you can always report it.

Edited by VIC: 8/22/2014 2:39:06 PMI've been an active participant in this community for nearly a decade. I love it; if I didn't, I wouldn't be here. There are certainly members that are more abrasive than others. Some do it because they see others doing it and they're (somehow) getting a positive response. Others may do it simply because they get their kicks "rustling jimmies." Whatever the reason is, you can use the tools available to fix it. If you see someone constantly making an ass of themselves because of what they post, mute them. If you see someone doing something you think violates the CoC, report them. These tools work if you use them and it goes a long way towards helping the forum ninjas.

Honestly this is the first time I've been on the forums in three years? Four? It's practically the same from back in the Halo 2 days. But, over the past few weeks I've seen some pretty crazy forum topics and posts. Meeting all of amazing people on here - most of them twice as excited for this game than I am - has really made my time here worth it. 'Magnificent' is just the tip of the ice berg. ^_^

Couldn't of said it better myself

I must say, I'm disappointed by how many people I've found myself muting. The Destiny forum, in particular, reminds me of the days when server-side spam filters were extremely ineffective. There's almost an excitement when a topic actually has something to do with the game rather than just being more self-serving garbage. Maybe if the people trying to be funny had a higher rate of success my mute list wouldn't be quite so expansive. . .

I can tell you that, Since Destiny started to become concrete (like 1 years ago or so) and that everyone talks about it at E3 and other... The forums goes from intelligent/built post with arguments and good stuff, to shit post, console wars, and kids stuff... No point on making good post here. Activision brings all the kids from COD to Destiny.

That's probably the nicest thing anybody has ever said about me.
