I got my Xbox for the great community, awesome multiplayer support, and I prefer the Xbox controller. Everyone likes to gripe on the Xbox 360 quality issues but forgets to mention the awesome customer support. Seems like everyone is forgetting the PS3 overheating issues, poor security, and the fact that PSN was down for almost a month straight with repeated outages that lasted over a third of 2011.
