Dogma was, and is, amazing. If there was a more together sequel out for PS4, I might actually have a reason to bother getting one. Assuming it's not also on PS3 anyway. I'm actually replaying it currently, as a way to distract myself from this waiting period for Destiny... Figure I'd try to roll a full magick build Arisen. Woot for seriously overpowered super magick o:

  • I feel you....this wait is horrible. But I ran the magick archer mostly. (Side note) One thing I didn't like is how frequently spells would get interrupted for your pawns if you made them a sorcerer or something....they were basically useless as that class

  • Yeah :l You need to keep them with the first tier of each spell, or use the big spells with them in order for them to be all that viable, I've been trying to actually build a pure sorce so I can be a heavy DPS Magick Archer, not sure if it'll work out well, but eh, my first character was pretty much a pure assassin xD It was really OP but got kind of boring and I wanted to try to use some magick stuff later on and .. that was when I learned about growth rate and that I had pretty much no magick stats <.< My pawn is a sorcerer right now, with me, the dual casting is pretty awesome.

  • Yeah, current character only just got pass the first Daimon. Trying to get through again, gonna try and get this character to 200 and geared up, maybe get an online Ur kill if I'm lucky, before Destiny is up xD. My pawn is mainly just a pack mule, throw a good few spring waters on her, and set her up with Void Spell, That way I can't be petrified. Usually I'm stocked with a few wakestones, so healing isn't too important for me.

  • Smart move man....I remember going through the hole in the ground (forgot the name of the area) a looooooong time. Basically just farming wake shards. I'd take at least bout 20 along on my bitter black runs lol. That was basically my whole load out other than cockatrice liquor and liquid vim

Hole in the ground? Not sure where that'd be, there was a few holes xD I've been farming offline Ur, for levels, wakestones, and junk to sell. I'd just farm him until 200 if it wasn't incredibly boring after the first 50 times. All you really need to do as a sorce is buff your staff with holy, and use focused bolts, then just watch them seek out the hearts on Ur and destroy them... He ends up pretty much stun locked, it's pretty ridiculous considering I used to have to climb all over him as an assassin in order to really get some good damage in on him, now I barely even consume stamina during the fight.

  • It's like right before you beat the main story....like a huge hole where you fall and can go into different dungeons depending on where you land....I think it was the Everfall or something.

  • But I've beaten the UR dragon and got the whole abysmal armor set. But I climbed all around em lol. Your way sounds a lot easier

  • I use to hate that vortex move daimon did man.....takes all your stamina and one shots everything smh. And getting full health and a whole new form the second time was no joke man

Sorcerers have it alot easier, may not be all that powerful in itself, but since it's easy to do, and there's no time needing to be consumed by climbing all over; and on top of that, the holy bolts hit multiple hearts because they pierce through... yeah Daimon is a pretty damn annoying boss, if he sucks in and perma kills your pawns, it can make the fight insanely more annoying, no one to distract him, no pack mules with potentially game changing items on hand...
