Do clans even have anything to do with game play? What's the next topic moms of destiny lol?

Not really too much to do with game play except that people of DoD have put together lists so that we can join up with follow DoD player to have a chance to do some raids and strikes. MoD has been a discussion topic among our group. Who knows?

I think dod is good to show respect but I want to know why bother following clans on Internet when u can't see clans in game. It just seems backwards to jump on bungie.net to check clan status and this app doesn't have any clan features either

I get what you're saying. The problem that I have at least is that I don't have a lot of friends that play games like Destiny so this gives me an opportunity to find other people that I'd most likely enjoy playing Raids with. So instead of feeling cheated out of some content of the game, now I'll be able to play.
