You can't PvP until level 4 or 5 or 6, I forget which. In addition, unless you're playing iron banner, your weapon's attack stat doesn't matter in PvP. (although I'm hoping there's a system in place to prevent people from just using level 8,12,6...whatever...weapons in PvP at level 20 and doing just as well as the people with max level items.) As for the shotguns, everyone seems to disagree with me on that one. I must've just gotten a bad shotgun.

  • Pve tho is already easy if you get legendary you will be flying through those lvls giving the game no challenge

Maybe, but keep in mind that one legendary is just one legendary. It could be a helmet, gloves, a chestpiece, boots, an LMG, a Fusion Rifle, a Sniper Rifle, a Handcannon, a Shotgun, a Pulse Rifle...etc. The only way I see it being a problem is if you get a legendary auto rifle or scout rifle, and even then, I'd say that you were just lucky, given that the vast majority of people wouldn't get one. World of Warcraft has done similar things, they let you randomly and very rarely find loot that's "a cut above" as early as level 15, which in the context of Destiny, is like level 3 or 4.
