You're not completely right though.
Being gay isn't a choice. Your sexual preference is affected by a lot of factors such as how much testosterone and androgens you were exposed to before you were born (this is why lesbian women on average have a lower digit ratio than straight women), how many older brothers you have, what toys you played with as a child, etc.
So it's not a choice, it's the product of many biological and environmental factors.

Wrong. It is a choice. There is no gay gene try again.
-
There is no gay gene I am aware of that because just like the patterns in a cat's fur, sexuality isn't effected by genes. A person's sexuality is effected by several biological and environmental variables. Such as for example how much androgen and testosterone you came in contact with in the womb, how many older brothers you have, what kind of toys you played with as a kid, etc. All those things will influence what your sexuality becomes when you reach maturity.

Androgen does not effect an individuals personality. It effects other things. The only argument that can be made is that they may feel less like a man, and more like a women. It all comes back to emotion. Not biology.
-
Emotion is biology/chemistry you idiot.
