Same problem. I tried to preorder digital guardian edition. Only available on PS

I'm not concerned with the "limited/guardian" edition, I just want a (regular) digital version, because (1) i don't want a disc and (2) because I don't want to do the midnight release. I just want to play!!!! And NOT have download for 2+ hours at midnight September 9th.
