There is enough justice that is. Best players don't need the best gear is it? Also, from many games I learned the top players with most kills were never the most useful. I think it's nice, in campaign I've had my friends getting more stuff and more powerful on lvl 4 than me on lvl 7. I've had more kills and more everything, doesn't mean they didn't help me, they did, a lot. And who am I to think I deserve the best gear if I'm already fine with all I have? Not that I don't want better gear, but I will get it eventually anyway..
