Not really an error but a 3D render caching issue
I looked at my guy on the companion app. Then later I changed the chest armor in the game. When I visited the 3D render later, it didn't show anything between my head and my pants. Be aware that I viewed when I was on my data plan on my phone and I have the render 3D over data plan turned off. See attached link
