All ways to get Glimmer? (money)
I've been looking everywhere and can't find a single definitive list of how to make Glimmer. How, other than killing enemies, do you get glimmer?
Can you sell to merchants?
Does dismantling armor do anything?
EDIT: I've noticed that (for me) killing enemies gives me NO glimmer! Is this a glitch? Ether seeds are supposed to get me "more" glimmer for killing enemies, but I'm scared to use them as I am getting absolutely no glimmer for killing them normally.

Kill kill and oh yeah kill everything. And play crucible a lot.

Ether seeds only work if you kill fallen.

If you pick up some ether seeds in your consumables and use those I found myself getting 6 glimmer per enemy and made a fair amount out of it.

Dismantling gives you glimmer. The amount depends on rarity of item.
