They already have preloaded it and are trying to get a smooth start ^^. PS4 Europe is avaible atm. PS: I am Xbox Oner and not unhappy about berta. Sure would be nice to have the same time. But Beta is more of a "Hey look, thats what you wil get for your bucks!! AND MORE!!" It's nothing more like that.. maybe some server infrastructure testing before the real start.. but thats all.
