BEGINNING TRANSMISSION: (Low melodious hum.) (We do you not need your emails to help resolve your issue.) To begin, if you already redeemed the beta access code an email containing a notification regarding console selection should have been sent. By reading this email, you should be able to follow it to the account you registered your beta access code. *At this point it would not matter what account you redeemed the reservations code on, as you are able to access the beta using the beta codes given to you at the respective times.* However if you would like to sync your (Microsoft, PSN, etc.) account to this Bungie account, you will have to disable them on the Bungie account(s) they are currently linked to. Unlinking accounts: 1. Login to the Bungie account containing the account you would like to unlink. 2. Create a "Dummy Account" to take the place of the account you would like to unlink. 3. After linking the "Dummy Account", you may now unlink the account you want unlinked and link it to the account containing the beta reservations code. For additional assistance in case I did not explain it clearly enough or my answer did not answer your question, please contact me and I will respond as soon as possible. ENDING TRANSMISSION:

    I don't think you understand. Number 1 I didn't get an email about redeeming the beta access because the original login was on Facebook and you don't get an email for it there and number 2 I now cannot figure out what the hell signs into the original account so I don't even know how to get on the account with the Beta Access >.<. Also Beta codes have not been redeemed, just the code on the receipt, therefore I still need to actually get the codes off of the account.

If you remember that email, sign into it and the rest is self-explanatory. If not, you will need to log into (Facebook) and attempt to recover the information from there, as Bungie.net uses multiple login systems. Other than that there is not much we can do to recover your account. For additional support in recovering your account, please contact (Facebook) Customer Support. ENDING TRANSMISSION:
