People are taking the -blam!-up that Kevin Franklin and co. did and applying the blame to Josh Menke, Brad Welch, the pro testers, Quinn DelHoyo, Lenox, etc. In truth, the company that made Halo 4 no longer exists. Also, Halo does need to be accessible. Halo 4 was the least accessible of the series. Halo 1-3 were some of the most accessible games in the market. Even Dark Souls is "accessible", since it starts you off slowly and lets you work your way up. Accessible =/= dumbed-down.
