There will be mild weather changes, Bungie doesn't want to distract you from kicking ass and saving the solar System, but wants to give you something to enjoy as you relax on a pile of fallen corpses.

The game is supposed to be an FPS MMORPG like game, right? Well, a weather system, in my opinion, would definitely make for a good setting of environment. Maybe make a custom game and change the weather to make it more difficult. Having to look through fog, rain, or sand to find/shoot/snipe a target. I just think it would make a game much more interesting having to deal with the weather. Especially when choosing to snipe something a mile away. Having wind condition ruin the shot or having to take cover for a few seconds to recover your shield during a hail storm. :D

Slow down hotshot. First, there'll be sand on Mars There will be fog on Venus All other aspects you mentioned could be added but it all depends on what Bungie decides to do.
